Brooks website is user friendly providing detailed information about all Brooks products. The quality of each product is second to none. I live in San Diego and receive products I purchase within 5-7 days. I have four of my bike fitted with different Brooks seats all have served me well. B17, B17 softened, B36 and C19 Carved. I must say that the craftsmanship of each seat is excellent and compliment the design of each bike.

Der Einkauf war im Netz hat gut geklappt. Mit dem Produkt bin ich hochzufrieden. UPS hat sich bei der Zustellung umständlich angestellt. Zweimal ist eine Zustellung gescheitert, obwohl ich vor Ort war. Erst nach proaktiver Erteilung der Ablageerlaubnis in der Garage wurde zugestellt, und persönlich übergeben.
