It was incredibly good my family and friends could not believe I ordered the seat a few days before Christmas and had it before Christmas and it came from Europe, incredible . Also the packaging was very well done.

I ordered the Pickwick canvas backpack from Brooks. I have been admiring it and when I got a 20% discount code decided to order one. It was on backorder, so I requested an email when available. I received an email and attempted to order. It was not available again and when communicating with Brooks they said to be sure to stay on the list and they would let me know when it was available again. I got another email and attempted to order. The discount code did not work. I contacted Brooks who sent me a new one that worked. It was a lot of effort and I nearly gave up. The backpack arrived and is of the quality I expected from Brooks. It is beautifully constructed of fine materials. As usual I am asked to review an item I have not even used yet, so there is no way to comment on longevity, etc. But if initial impressions are any indication I suspect I will be very satisfied.

I am delighted with my red limited-edition Brooks Pickwick rucksack. It is beautifully made. Expensive, but worth every penny as its superior strength and quality should last me a lifetime. I like the rolltop because (unlike inferior canvas rucksacks) this feature enables it to fit the contents precisely. I particularly like the padded section for laptop and the large secret pocket.

The backpack was even more beautiful than imagined. The softest leather. My dad was really blown away by the gift and he is very picky.

Sometimes hard to find this bar tape locally so ordered online and the tape arrived very promptly considering Xmas etc. Great Work!
