This is my second saddle from Brooks and the quality could not be better. I ride gravel and singletrack so I get the C17 natural rubber saddle which has no break-in period and is amazing right out of the box. The buying experience on the website is very easy and delivery was quite quick as well. I will always ride Brooks now and would recommend with no hesitation

A very well laid out website and a very good description and photos of the different saddles. My order arrived very quickly and in brand new condition as described. My only comment (for improvement): in the maintenance section specifically for the B33 saddle, it does not include the instruction for tensioning the leather surface (this is done differently because the tensioning screw is not a hex head that can be accessed with the hex wrench from the front of the saddle). The instructions should be updated on the website to reflect the real screw configuration and that it is not an allen wrench or hex wrench that can be used but probably a flat-head screwdriver.

I have purchased 3 or 4 leather saddles in the last 15 years. Except for a drop in QA a couple years ago, I’m very happy with Brooks England. I wish they had a loyalty program. This is my third pickwick goose beak. My first one (original, more ochre than orange) is worn down but still usable. The zippers were the weak point. Very happy with it anyway. Fast shipping!

Always an excellent experience buying direct from the Brooks Website. Always fresh inventory and not to mention the shipping speed to the USA, it simply beats local online stores.
