Easy order process quick delivery

This is my second brooks soft leather B17 short saddle. The only reason I bought another seat, was to put it on my second bike, so I had the same seat for both bikes. I cant Say enough good things about this seat. Less break in time, soft comfy and once it’s broken in, you’re set! I live In the United States in a small rural town, purchased direct from Brooks, and it was at my house in two days! I also Decided to buy extra proof ride, it was at my house quicker and cheaper than if I had bought it from Amazon! I Love brooks England will never buy anywhere else.

The Brooks England service was excellent in my recent purchase. Their web site was very good and indicated that my honey B17 narrow carved saddle was in stock along with the honey 1.5 litre Challenge bag to go with it. I had a problem with the code for a 15% discount they sent me for my first on-line purchase not working. I contacted them on their site and they very quickly sent me another one which worked fine. Electronic communication as the order progressed was faultless. The items were sent to me by DHL Express - the level of detail to track the parcel was astonishing - and the delivery was very fast indeed. So, overall I am very pleased - I really like their leather saddles and getting this one to me was very quick indeed. They also gave me a 10 year guarantee when I registered the new saddle with them - again, easy to do.

Ich habe den Sitz am 18.5. bestellt und heute (30.5.) ist der Sattel noch immer nicht eingetroffen. Gleichwohl bekomme ich die Aufforderung meinen Einkauf zu bewerten?!
