One of two items ordered arrived, however still awaiting delivery, information regarding the second ordered and paid for item. Frustrating no response as yet, hopefully due to the Italian Holiday shutdown, still frustrating though .

I have another Brooks saddle on my scooter and decided to try another for my bike. I chose the C67. I found the best price on the Brooks website. The shipping was very fast coming from Italy to the US in 3 days. The packaging was top notch and the saddle was perfect. The C67 is very supportive and comfortable. I am officially a fan of Brooks and will recommend this brand to anyone looking for a bike saddle. The quality and care that obviously goes into making these saddles is evident as soon as you open the box. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

I am delighted with the Scape Handlebar Compact Bag and the Scape Handlebar Pouch. Both items are excellent quality and manufacture. I was amazed at the speed of the express delivery just under 24 hours from placing my order to delivery in Belfast from Italy, well done.

Website was easy to navigate, and my item came in a very quick fashion, my criticism is with what I purchased. I bought a replacement tension pin for an 20 year old Swift Titanium saddle. The site said it was the correct pin for that specific model. It turns out, the pin was not correct, and I ended up having to purchase the correct one from a 3rd party site. Good news is my saddle is fixed!
