I was extremely disappointed that I was only offered Rapid delivery, ie next day. Delivery by Royal Mail would not only be cheaper it is better for the environment. Wise up Brooks, give me a choice.

Package was rapidly dispatched and arrived very quickly (<1 week from UK to Australia). Everything feels high quality. Only (mild) complaint would be that despite coming from same company the brown seat and brown handlebars are not quite the same colour which disrupts the aesthetic I was hoping for

Impecable experiencia de compra en el sitio. Tenía una duda que Francesca me respondió a las 24Hs por correo electrónico. La compra en sí, tardó en llegarme solo 4 días a Buenos Aires. Totalmente recomendable! Y que decir del asiento que no se haya dicho ya, la verdad que mas allá de destilar calidad desde sacado de la caja, éste, finalmente no fue incómodo en el primer uso, así que si incluso se va a ir poniendo mejor con el paso del tiempo, claramente fue una gran inversión. Impecable! Dejo mi review en castellano, ya que es muy difícil encontrar una en mi idioma nativo, y podría servir a otros usuarios de nuestra comunidad :)
