I cannot say enough good things about Brooks England. Their products are top-tier in terms of craftsmanship, design, and longevity, but what truly sets them apart is their team. Communication with their support staff has been fantastic—responsive, attentive, and incredibly helpful at every step. It’s rare to find a brand that excels so thoroughly in both product quality and customer experience. Highly recommended to any rider looking for gear built to last.

There was a problem with the shipping address as it was altered somewhere in the process. The team at Selle Royal starting with the receptionist sorted it out and delivery was exactly as it needed to be. The order process was good and the product is excellent

Oude liefde roest niet. (old love never dies). A Brooks leather saddle stands in my opinion for a kind of classic sportive elegance. Do hope the hard saddle will get the same shape as my bud finally to make it a little more comfortable as it is right now.

My B17 saddle arrived last week and I couldnt have been happier with it. From the wonderful smellnod leather, to the impeccable polish on the frame, it evoked quality. Even the box and paper wrapping was nice. I felt like I has travelled back to the early 1900s when handmade leather and steel wares of this level were common place. Im so glad I spent a little extra for what I consider a piece of art. Immediately after installing, i went on a 55 mile bike ride in central Wisconsin. I had zero discomfort and plenty of smiles with the miles! I highly recommend Brooks!

Buying Brooks products on line is very simple, the website is easy to use. And I must say the products I have purchased over the years from seats to bike bags are of excellent quality.

Very prompt shipping of a needed repair part to the US got me back on the road quickly. The B-17 is the most comfortable saddle I have ever used

I was on a bike ride touring trip when my seat broke. I ordered it while traveling (after the only bike shop around didn’t have the part I needed so I had to buy a temporary seat). After getting home my part came a few days later and fit perfectly. I love my Brooks C17 and am extremely grateful Brooks sells parts for it so I didn’t have to replace the entire saddle.

Achat d'une selle en ligne et reçu le lendemain à mon domicile dans un emballage très soigné avec des conseils d'entretien et une fiche garantie. Je conseille également la page youtube de brooks avec pleins de vidéos explicatives. Très content de mon achat un confort et un style inégalé!!

Leider war es nicht möglich eines der gekauften Produkte zurückzuschicken, da es über die Website jedes Mal eine Fehlermeldung gab und daraufhin der Customer Service zu kontaktieren war. Dies habe ich gemacht. Nach 2 Tagen kam eine Antwort, in welcher mir zugesichert wurde, dass ein Return Label geschickt wird. Nach nunmehr einer Woche kann ich das eine Produkt immer noch nicht zurückschicken, da ich immer noch kein Returnlabel erhalten habe. In Anbetracht der Preise, ist das ein unfassbar schlechter Kundenservice und ich werde nie wieder etwas dort bestellen. Deshalb keine Sterne
