C17 Carved

The rubber/grippy texture of the saddle can take a ride or two to get used to, but it's a great saddle. After 1 non-champis test ride I only had a bit of sit bone pain. A major improvement for me over other saddles I've tried.

Swift

The Swift is a beautifully crafted saddle, and perfect for a forward oriented riding position (e.g. drop handlebars). I am a long-time user of Brooks saddles, but for a recent new bike purchase I decided to try several good quality conventional (non-leather) saddles to see if I was missing something in terms of 'new' saddle design. Even after several long rides, these did not form to my body and remained uncomfortable. Then I installed the Brooks Swift, which improved with each ride, and was an absolute joy after a week of regular riding. The experience showed me that a leather saddle is the only type that adjusts itself to my exact anatomy.

Tension Pin Assembly

Customer service was fantastic. With just a simple set of photos, they were able to advise me on the correct replacement part. Purchasing and receiving the replacement part was quick and easy. Highly recommended!

Brick Lane Pannier

Nightmare. Closures do not close properly, buttons way too big for the holes. Customer service will offer nothing but a total return which I can't do since it rained on it the first night. Insanity. Will be making a video not to get anything out of this but to prove the problem they've supposedly never had which is odd, seeing that multiple employees at the bike shop couldn't get it to close either.
