Package arrived with only 2 of the 4 items included in it. I sent a message via the Contact Us form on the Brooks website, and no response. Send another followup-no response. Still haven't received the items but was charged. Bummer-have ordered in the past and had good experience.

Parts for my sprung saddle were very easily available, shipping was quick, and the repair itself were very easy. I hope I won't need to come back for more, but I'm sure they will look after me if I do!

good service and the product is not bad, of course I expected more, because I needed an additional light for night driving but this light is too weak to use it for constant lighting, but not bad as a flasher, but not in the daytime, as I already mentioned it illuminates very weakly. The light from Exposure overcomes many things, but it is more expensive too
