Parts for my sprung saddle were very easily available, shipping was quick, and the repair itself were very easy. I hope I won't need to come back for more, but I'm sure they will look after me if I do!

good service and the product is not bad, of course I expected more, because I needed an additional light for night driving but this light is too weak to use it for constant lighting, but not bad as a flasher, but not in the daytime, as I already mentioned it illuminates very weakly. The light from Exposure overcomes many things, but it is more expensive too

My review refers to a battery-powered front and rear light from Brooks for my vintage bicycle. These were delivered quickly and well packaged. Toll, dass es Ersatzteile für Sättel gibt (Thema Nachhaltigkeit), dass diese leicht im Shop zu finden sind und die Lieferung so schnell erfolgte. Damit konnte ich das Rad schnell wieder einsetzen.

Good products … though the range of items has diminished over the years… - for example it’s difficult to find an Pickwick backpack available…as always still of excellent quality. Love Brooks stuff …

Hallo, die E-Mail mit der Rechnung sieht sehr verdächtig nach Spam aus. Dazu wird in der Mail nicht klar, dass es sich um den Kauf über die Brooks Webseite handelt. Hier müsste man deutlich nachbessern.
