Swallow

I rode a Swallow and a Swift before that...20 years ago and they were the best ride before and after I changed to other much lighter weight saddles. Carbon shells. And I had forgotten how wonderful these are. My break-in process is quick. I submerge the entire saddle in warm water for 10-15 minutes, and go ride immediately for an hour or however long I think it might take to have dried or nearly so. And I don't put any leather treatment on...ever. Works for me and I have the most comfortable saddle ever.

C17 Carved

This is my second saddle from Brooks and the quality could not be better. I ride gravel and singletrack so I get the C17 natural rubber saddle which has no break-in period and is amazing right out of the box. The buying experience on the website is very easy and delivery was quite quick as well. I will always ride Brooks now and would recommend with no hesitation

Pickwick Cotton Canvas

This is my third pickwick goose beak. My first one (original, more ochre than orange) is worn down but still usable. The zippers were the weak point. Very happy with it anyway. Fast shipping!

Perfect heavy duty commuter saddle. If the leather worries you, buy a rain cover! Moving from a padded saddle to a sprung saddle has been brilliant - saddle sores and numbness of posterior are a thing of the past. I was expecting to feel disconnected from the bike compared to a more solid saddle, but this hasn't been the case. I'm a very heavy rider and the saddle handles it without complaint.
