One of the items sent was incorrect. The customer service wasn't the quickest. Helpful to an extent but didn't inspire confidence to order again.

I purchased a Brooks saddle bag.. When it arrived it was defective (broken buckle strap.) I contacted Brooks that I'm a disabled 62year old that's suffering with brain cancer. I explained that I don't have a printer and would need help to return the item, I asked for customer services to telephone me regarding the return. All Brooks did was send me a NON RETURN EMAIL asking how thay done! (terrible) After sending 4 emails asking for customer service to contact me. (to no avail) I explained this to my grand daughter who came home from university in Newcastle. My grand daughter sorted everything out for me (eventually). And the saddle is returned to Brooks. My grand daughter was extremely disappointed by the Brooks have treated me, (OR NOT TREATED ME) And as I've said before she's at university in Newcastle and has promised me when she's back at uni she's will be going on social media to let everyone know the disgusting way Brooks has treated her loving grandad.. As I know from her she's very popular on social media and WILL BE INFORMING EVERYONE of the disgusting way you have treat her grandad..

Hello , This is my second Brooks saddle , still breaking it in. Very comfortable so far , but I was not expecting a saddle with the lacing holes around the bottom. It came with red,white and blue laces and a black lace installed.There are no directions on how to lace the saddle and I haven't found any online. could you please send those directions and all black laces would be preferred.
