Very impressed with the service from initial ordering through to receiving my lovely new Brooks item. I was updated and kept informed during this process and the delivery only took 2 days from Italy to me. Amazing! I very much look forward to using it. This is not the first Brooks product that I have bought and it won’t be the last. I can certainly recommend their products to others. Dave B.

I picked the saddle I thought would suit me best. The ordering process was easy. I was impressed with the order tracking and how fast it got here! I've wanted a Brooks Saddle for a long time so I finally pulled the trigger! I can't say anything bad about the experience so far!

Beautiful saddle and bar tape, but lacks of comfort (compared to non rubber saddles, still feels more than ok)

Ordered two saddles in different colours but only received one. Upon trying to contact them, they made me wait two weeks before replying. Now they’re blaming the shipping company and I’m still waiting for recompensation.
