Brooks has been as good as it has always been for me, although I really wish Brooks make some improvements to its packaging, the last saddle I purchased was the Swift Le Eroica edition, and the leather arrived scratched on the side due to the lack of force holding it on the paper back, resulting in the saddle got loosen and fell off the board. Besides that, the new Paul Smith looks beautiful in hand, don't know what bike can fit it, probably gonna sit in my collection shelf for a while.

I really appreciate the selection of colors the saddles came in. I have a black bike with a black seat, a white bike with your london Olympic games white saddle and now a yellow saddle to go on my yellow bike. Thank you.

For some reason my order was frozen after my payment was taken; but sorted once I chased. Saddle somewhat darker than the picture but hoping it will fade!

Notified me promptly of reavailability of my chosen saddle. Not new to Brooks, have been using Brooks saddles since I was a kid, 66 yrs be old now so I suppose I’m a lifelong customer.

The portion of "first application grease" could be bigger. A hint how to apply for the 10 yeras warranty within the bundle would be fair and helpful.

I Bought a Brooks B17 Special Chrome saddle in Maroon, and it is the most expensive bike saddle that I have ever owned and used, but also the most comfortable and the most beautiful. It works great with my Velorbis Fusion Gents bike and makes the bike even better. Shipment was very fast and everything worked. A thanks and a sincere recommendation from Finland!
