Orange C17 Carved - Ordered direct from Italy and arrived via DHL 3 days later. I can't even rely on domestic shipping like that anymore. Awesome product as usual. In the market for the perfect saddle then Brooks is the way forward.

Packaged beautifully, a really high quality saddle. I purchased after feeling quite uncomfortable on longer rides. The C15 carved has amazing flex and comfy, it looks great and you can tell will last for thousands of miles to come!

Could not contact Brooks England. I have a B17, bought 2 years ago. Tried to phone. No phone number available. Online commerce regulations state that sellers must have a local phone number. Tried to email. Used Brooks online contact portal. No response, no acknowledgement. My saddle is under warranty, so I should not have had to pay for a new tensioning bolt-£5 £9 shipping. They came from Italy. Another British marque sells out-just wants the money, doesn't want to talk to customers.

Bought a replacement bike seat. Buying experience is fine. Bike seat is much more softer/flexy than expected. I will need to swap it out for something else. Not sure how to exchange or if I can at this point.
