The Brooks England service was excellent in my recent purchase. Their web site was very good and indicated that my honey B17 narrow carved saddle was in stock along with the honey 1.5 litre Challenge bag to go with it. I had a problem with the code for a 15% discount they sent me for my first on-line purchase not working. I contacted them on their site and they very quickly sent me another one which worked fine. Electronic communication as the order progressed was faultless. The items were sent to me by DHL Express - the level of detail to track the parcel was astonishing - and the delivery was very fast indeed. So, overall I am very pleased - I really like their leather saddles and getting this one to me was very quick indeed. They also gave me a 10 year guarantee when I registered the new saddle with them - again, easy to do.

First of all, I would like to thank you for the fast and careful shipping. This time, I purchased a blue saddle from the UK site, which is not available on the Japanese distributor's site. Often, when there IS a Japanese distributor, direct shipping from the home country site to Japan is prohibited, so I use a forwarding service, etc. I would like to thank you for eliminating the need for such a service. I was very surprised that it arrived in less than a week, as it usually takes one to two weeks to ship from overseas to Japan. There were no additional shipping costs. The packaging arrived in excellent condition. The UK web site is excellent, with a great sense of the world of brooks. I also bought an additional handle after watching the video. Of course the product we purchased was perfect and we are very happy with the great user experience.
