Hi, The customer service linked to the warranty was good. Your customer service representative (Victor) has been diligent. However, your system glitched and my discount never got applied. I communicated with your customer service through the initial invoice and through your website and never got an answer. The information for the return did not specify the number of copies for the return codes that had to be brought to UPS, so additional charges were impuned. Also, I did not get a confirmation from you guys after more than a week that product has been received or is on route. I went through that trouble to be able to order another saddle to get the discount that was to be applied because my last saddle did not last 10 years. The only saving grace is that I love your product, but from a customer experience perspective, I am not impressed.

Bestellt hatte ich den Abstandshalter in silber, geliefert wurde er in schwarz. Die mitgelieferte Schraube war zu kurz, so dass ich mir noch eine extra besorgen musste. Und der Preis ist ebenso wie die Versandkosten gelinde formuliert völlig überzogen.

Your offered 15 % discount never worked, after 2 codes. Than you refused me and told you could use it next time. Your B190 showed up with loose screws and zero tension on the saddle adjustment knob. I expected better QC. Very disappointed

The items shipped quickly, was packaged nicely and arrived in good condition. However without even taking it out of the box, I realized I purchased the wrong one. I tried to initiate an exchange/return on the website, which takes you directly to the EU site. The EU site doesn't recognize my US store order number (that shipped from Italy). I contacted customer service and haven't received a reply in 6 days.

First off, great saddle (flyer special) and prompt shipping. I have always respected the brand and have a Brooks saddle on every one of my bikes: Raleigh Record (Champion Special with Brooks leather bar tape) Motobecane Mirage (Champion Special) DiamondBack RidgeRunner ( B-67) Peugeot Alpine Express ( Flyer Special) I just purchased another Flyer Special for my Kona fat tire bike and decided to go to the website after having difficulty finding a Special in local stores ( I'm a sucker for copper rivets) So far, 5-stars for the product. But, the website was frustrating. I immediately got bamboozled into signing up for an email service and a promised 15% off my purchase. After receiving the coupon code I copied and pasted it and it didn't work. I entered the code manually and it didn't work. I messaged the website and received a robo-response for generic troubleshooting. I tried again the following day and thought it went through but it didn't. It was a very frustrating gimmick. Again. love the products. But, a gimmicky, faulty coupon site doesn't live up to the brand. ~ Matthew

The product is great although I was very disappointed that, according to the website, I had to pay the import tax for a product that was made in England then shipped to Italy only to be sent back to England where I live. It’s just ludicrous and there was no option to have the product shipped from Birmingham to my house. The website was not working properly, so I had to call the company for them to fix their website before I was able to place my order. Great product, but I don’t think it’s fair that people in England need to pay import tax for a product that was made in England. Shipping the product from Italy is also not good for the environment.

I loved the look of backpack. The closure did not work. Getting a hold of someone to start return was difficult. The website return procedure said we did not purchase anything.

I incorrectly assumed that as the seller's title states "Brooks England" and I live in England, the product would be coming from England. I would have happily paid in euros if I had known it was coming from Italy.

I bought a tension bolt (64 mm) for a B17 saddle and the purchase and delivery went very well. The reason I'm leaving a bad rating is that I had to buy a new bolt to replace the original one. After a few months of tightening the bolt got stuck. I'd expect better materials for a Brooks saddle that last longer.

Leider gewährt Brooks nicht den zugesagten Erstbestellungsrabatt von 15% und reagiert auch auf keine Email. Sehr traurig für so eine Marke. Der Sattel ist gut, aber nicht so bequem, wie geschildert.

One of two items ordered arrived, however still awaiting delivery, information regarding the second ordered and paid for item. Frustrating no response as yet, hopefully due to the Italian Holiday shutdown, still frustrating though .
