Envoi rapide malgré tout … emballage très moyen. Commande d’un récepteur d’embrayage oberon ou le colis était à moitié ouvert . Par chance aucune pièces manquante !

Nous souhaitons vous informer que l’emballage d’origine de la marque Oberon est à fermeture par pression et, durant le transport, il peut arriver qu’il s’ouvre légèrement. N’étant pas un produit fabriqué par nous, nous ne pouvons pas intervenir sur ce type d’emballage. Nous sommes toutefois contents que le contenu soit arrivé complet et en bon état. Ich habe einen Mass-Endtopf bei Cafe-Twin bestellt, sehr gute Ware und sehr schnelle Lieferung. Bei meiner zweiten Bestellung handelte es sich um Zubehör für meine Royal Enfield, wieder eine sehr schnelle Lieferung und sehr gute Ware. Auch bei den Preisen kann ich nur sagen: einfach klasse!

Ho fatto diversi ordini da voi solo perché avete dei prodotti che mi interessavano purtroppo la gestione dell’ordine pessima con tempi di consegna non rispettati e risposte alle mail poco soddisfacenti

Uno o più prodotti presenti nel suo ordine riportano chiaramente sulla scheda prodotto la dicitura “Tempi di spedizione: 7/15 giorni lavorativi” (escludendo quindi i weekend). Questa informazione è sempre visibile prima dell’acquisto proprio per permettere al cliente di avere aspettative corrette sui tempi di consegna. Ad oggi, il suo ordine risulta ancora pienamente all’interno delle tempistiche indicate, quindi non si tratta di un ritardo ma di una gestione conforme a quanto comunicato. Comprendiamo che l’attesa possa risultare scomoda, ma il nostro obiettivo è essere il più trasparenti possibile fin dall’inizio, evitando promesse non realistiche. First of all, the product I received was damaged and missing essential parts. A friend of mine brought it to my country from Italy, and I only noticed the damage and missing parts on the 10th day after the purchase. I fully understand that this may be considered a late return, and you may choose not to accept it (perhaps as a precaution against fraud). However, beyond the damage, the fact that key components are missing makes the bag completely unusable. Implying that my friend — and indirectly myself — might not be telling the truth, or suggesting that the damage occurred during transportation, is quite insulting. How could I possibly lose the attachment components and the rain cover? Or how could the stitching come undone simply from being carried in a suitcase? It is unacceptable that a company would send a product in this condition and then refuse to take responsibility for it. I strongly advise others not to purchase from this company.

As stated in our official refund policy https://cafetwin.com/policies/refund-policy any issue related to damaged or defective products must be reported within 5 days from delivery, including photographic evidence. In this case, your report arrived 10 days after delivery, which unfortunately falls outside the timeframe required to open a claim. We also note that the order was correctly delivered in Italy, as per the address provided. We do not have visibility or control over what may have happened after delivery, including transport handled by third parties. Regarding the product itself, Trip Machine is a well-established and highly reliable manufacturer, with an extremely low defect rate. The combination of multiple issues reported on a single item — missing components, stitching damage, and absent accessories — is highly unusual and not consistent with the quality standards we regularly verify. At no point have we intended to question your honesty. However, based on the timing of the report and the circumstances described, we are not in a position to determine with certainty when or how the issue occurred.
