Devo dire che il caffe che ho acquistato è cambiato. Ho sempre apprezzato il gusto e la corposità delle vostre capsule "Miscela nera per Nespresso" ma con le capsule dell'ultimo ordine stiamo bevendo acqua sporca. Spero sia stato un piccolo imprevisto, e che non abbiate cambiato la miscela altrimenti, a malincuore, mi troverei costretta a cambiare fornitore

Erano ottime le vecchie capsule e la miscela al suo interno la nuova capsula non è di mio gradimento e tantomeno la miscela al suo interno per il mio umile parere non sono più del livello delle vecchie pertanto cambierò fornitore

Received pods in a different packaging than what I was used to, ie plastic bags containing 15 pods. This time no plastic bags, and all the pods where in a carton box, which I find less convenient. Not a fan of the changes introduced in the pod case either.
