Cala del Salento Casa Estela

I don't even know what to begin with... First of all, pay attention when you are booking as the property will ask you for a deposit of 200 euro on arrival, which you will probably get back when you leave. Fortunately, we didn't pay the deposit, as I did the booking paying with my credit card and the data on the card was kept as a warranty on booking. Talking about extra fees and charges, the owner charged us an extra 42 euros for the whole stay as a city tax. It was not mentioned on booking that we need to pay anything extra. When we asked the owner what happens if we don't pay, they told us they will get a fine from the town hall. Um ok ?! We wanted to get rid of the owner who was super aggressively texting us, and we paid the extra fee of 42 euros, so we won't have our vacation ruined. Also, the owner was verbally aggressive during our entire stay. At first it was weird hearing that we need to pay a deposit of 200 euros, but when we got to the house it became clear to us why this is requested, as the house is very old and anything could break at any second, so fingers crossed if you ever get to stay here, although I don't recommend it. Another thing which was very disappointing, was the lack of hospitality. When we arrived there were no sheets, towels, not even toilet paper in the bathrooms. It was mentioned on booking that if we want sheets and towels we need to pay an extra 20 euros, but we preferred to buy them and take them back with us because it was cheaper this way. Although there was a kitchen in the house, it wasn't equipped at all. There wasn't any salt, sugar, coffee, etc. On our last day there, at around 8 in the morning some ladies entered the house without knocking or anything. They were the ones in charge with cleaning it, and although we arranged for a late check-in (we needed to leave one hour later) they still entered the house as no one was there. We politely asked them to let us grab all our things, so they left. So we paid around 650 euros for an empty house, and to be treated like intruders. To me it seemed that this property is managed by an agency who is probably managing other properties in the area, otherwise I can't explain the lack of hospitality.

Bella casa, moderna e funzionale, con ampi spazi esterni. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare il senso di privacy e la vicinanza alla splendida spiaggia.

Cala del Salento Villa Desiderio - Fronte mare

Bella villa proprio sulla spledida spiaggia, dove l'acqua è trasparente come ai Caraibi. La vista dalla terrazza è spettacolare, si possono trascorrere piacevoli momenti all'aperto (in terrazza c'è anche un grande tavolo da pranzo e una zona cottura esterna). La casa è relativamente grande, si sviluppa tutta al piano terra can spazi sia interni che esterni. A causa della vicinanza alle dune, il vento tende a portare la sabbia nel cortile e anche negli ambienti interni. Il posto auto interno è un po' stretto; all'esterno, le auto sono spesso parcheggiate in modo disordinato e si accumula molta sabbia sula strada, rendendo la manovra scomoda soprattutto per un'auto di dimensioni più grandi. La spiaggia è piuttosto affollata e l'accesso dalla strada è molto comodo, quindi la gente del posto tende a raggruppare gli ombrelloni abbastanza vicino alla casa, anche se a pochi passi è disponibile più spazio. La villa è adatta ad una vacanza estiva con una famiglia numerosa e/o un gruppo di amici.

Cala del Salento Villa Relax

Bellissima Villa, con tutti i confort. Ideale per 2 famiglie. ( possono dormire fino a 13 persone)Bella veranda. Tranquillo e non lontano dalla spiaggia che si può raggiungere in meno di 10 minuti, ha piedi. Proprietari gentili e generosi. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare acqua,caffè,biscotti,3 kg di fichi. Consigliato per famiglie con bambini.

Casa molto bene situata a 50 metri dal mare e a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Casa bene arredata e molto pulita. Consiglierei senz’altro.

Cala del Salento Villa Orange Sun

Appartamento ampio ideale per un gruppo di amici o più famiglie. Posizione eccezionale, a 30 metri dalla spiaggia libera di Torre Lapillo! Possibilità di parcheggio interno per 1-2 macchine medio-piccole. Cucina attrezzata. Appartamento ben tenuto e molto pulito. Essendoci 4 camere da letto abbiamo molto apprezzato la disponibilità di 3 bagni. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Da migliorare: Tutte le porte interne avevano un po di problemi e faticavano a chiudersi. Per il resto nulla da segnalare.
