Ci siamo trovati benissimo, io la mia partner e due cagnolini. La signora Alessia è molto gentile e accogliente, accomodante e per niente invadente. La casa è molto grande e bella, pulita e curata. A pochi metri dalla spiaggia sabbiosa e dal mare stupendo. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie

Abbiamo prenotato presso questa casa – nonostante non ci fossero recensioni - perché attirati dalle foto del sito e dalla posizione sulla cartina. Dobbiamo dire che dal vero è ancora più bella! Appena siamo entrati abbiamo trovato spazi nuovi, luminosi e ben curati. Piacevolissimi sono gli accessori “stile marittimo” che caratterizzano tutta casa (come del resto dovrebbe essere una casa di mare). La casa è tutta nuova dai bagni, arredo e materassi: (in memory comodissimi!). Non c’è posto auto interno ma la casa è locata in una zona tranquillissima: ci sono posti auto esterni adiacenti al cancello di casa. Che dire, noi la consigliamo e ci ritorneremo! Posizione comoda e tranquilla e la sera è un vero piacere stare nel retro esterno con chaise long e divanetti. Una chicca della casa: ha una bellissima doccia esterna in privacy che ci ha ricordato tanto le docce maldiviane!

PROs: The hous is specious, close to the beach, in a quiet area, and it was quite clean. Another plus was that they have ACs in all the bedrooms. CONs: I don't even know what to begin with... First of all, pay attention when you are booking as the property will ask you for a deposit of 200 euro on arrival, which you will probably get back when you leave. Fortunately, we didn't pay the deposit, as I did the booking paying with my credit card and the data on the card was kept as a warranty on booking. Talking about extra fees and charges, the owner charged us an extra 42 euros for the whole stay as a city tax. It was not mentioned on booking that we need to pay anything extra. When we asked the owner what happens if we don't pay, they told us they will get a fine from the town hall. Um ok ?! We wanted to get rid of the owner who was super aggressively texting us, and we paid the extra fee of 42 euros, so we won't have our vacation ruined. Also, the owner was verbally aggressive during our entire stay. At first it was weird hearing that we need to pay a deposit of 200 euros, but when we got to the house it became clear to us why this is requested, as the house is very old and anything could break at any second, so fingers crossed if you ever get to stay here, although I don't recommend it. Another thing which was very disappointing, was the lack of hospitality. When we arrived there were no sheets, towels, not even toilet paper in the bathrooms. It was mentioned on booking that if we want sheets and towels we need to pay an extra 20 euros, but we preferred to buy them and take them back with us because it was cheaper this way. Although there was a kitchen in the house, it wasn't equipped at all. There wasn't any salt, sugar, coffee, etc. On our last day there, at around 8 in the morning some ladies entered the house without knocking or anything. They were the ones in charge with cleaning it, and although we arranged for a late check-in (we needed to leave one hour later) they still entered the house as no one was there. We politely asked them to let us grab all our things, so they left. So we paid around 650 euros for an empty house, and to be treated like intruders. To me it seemed that this property is managed by an agency who is probably managing other properties in the area, otherwise I can't explain the lack of hospitality.

Che dire di una casa a 15 metri dalla spiaggia? Perfetto. Tra l'altro in quel punto della costa c'e' il mare migliore di torre lapillo. Casa pulita soggiorno ampio, tre camere da letto comode, dondolo e tavolo esterni al coperto, posto per la macchina (mai presa, non ce n'era bisogno). Stradina privata, nessun rumore dalla strada. La vacanza comoda e rilassata è qui. Avrei dato 5 stelle se non ci fossero state alcune piccole pecche: 1) un solo bagno per tre camere (noi eravamo due ma in gruppo la cosa si sarebbe avvertita); 2) cucina ridottissima, veramente troppo troppo piccola; 3) mancanza del forno a microonde. Fino a quattro persone che non hanno problemi per il bagno può andare, ma non oltre. Ultimo dato: abbiamo pagato circa 600 euro in due dal 22 al 28 settembre. Conclusione: tempo bello posizione eccellente casa per noi due più che buona: quattro stelle
