je suis tres satisfait du service. a ma premiere commande j'ai fait une erreur de couleur et j'ai pu retourner l'article et etre remboursé sans probleme et rapidement ,j'ai ensuite reçu ma nouvelle commande et j'en suis tres satisfait. merci à cavaleria toscana

Come tutti gli vostri articoli la qualità del prodotto è ottima. Ma……L’ho acquistato on line il 26 novembre sapendo che con DHL il articolo sarebbe arrivato in fretta. In fatti il giorno dopo è arrivato la mail dicendo che il articolo sarebbe arrivato il 28. Avevo certa urgenza per questo non ho aspettato l’offerta del Black Friday. Il articolo non è arrivato il 28 ma il 2 dicembre. In tanto con l’offerta del Black Friday lo stesso articolo era scontato del 30 percento. Non solo non ho ricevuto in tempo previsto ma alla fine ho pagato di più…. Ottimo prodotto con il servizio scadente della spedizione.
