I am very happy with Cavalleria Toscana shopping experience and with the items received. They are exactly as they are shown in the web and the packaging shows a lot of attention to the customer. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with DHL Express Spanish company: I got an email and an SMS from DHL Express saying the package was going to be delivered on Monday, the 4th of November. Nothing happened that day, not any call, not any package although I stayed at home the whole day. Next day I searched in the DHL Express web for the goods tracking and found out it was expected me to get the package personally in DHL Express local office. I called the company complaining about that as I was expecting to get the package at home as agreed with Caballeria Toscana and paid for that and they opened an internal ticket asking for it to be delivered to my home address that day without any other explanation. But that day, anything else happened. I got a new email and SMS the following day, saying I would receive the package the 6th of November. And finally, i got the packet the 6th at 14:00. Two days later. So, it you want to provide a good customer experience, you cannot rely in a low quality delivery company as this one, and especially when this adds a cost of 15 euros to the customer for getting a bad experience.
