I ordered a tailcoat that was delivered in the wrong size. Things like this can happen! But I contacted the customer service to get the “go” to send the tail coat back but also 4 days later no one responded. I ordered the tailcoat for a show and I don’t have a fitting one now. In my opinion the service is too slow, maybe it’s easier to give the customer directly the possibility to send their products back without asking for approval just as other companies also do.
