I wanted to get a few DVDs printed to be able to gift a recently digitised wedding video. Turns out that finding somewhere in the UK to print really low volumes of DVDs for sensible money is rather tricky. I had almost given up when I came across CdClick. With CdClick I was able to order just the 3 printed DVDs with sleeve artwork that I needed. Not only that, and this is the best part, the DVDs are printed with thermal transfer ink - none of the smeary dull inkjet printed stuff - shiny, water resistant, professional looking printing. Looks absolutely brilliant. The sleeve artwork is also done to a high standard too, no complaints there. Their website is functional, though I couldn't find the answers to some questions which popped into my head - eg. what format to upload my images in; I saved them as PNG and zipped them together and that worked flawlessly, so I guess they are flexible in what they can process. The graphic templates they provided worked well for me too. BTW, it is worth pointing out that they have three methods to upload your content. The first is to install their custom i-Studio software (surprised Apple haven't sued them yet for using the "i-"); I try to avoid installing software whenever possible, so I avoided this like the plague. The second option is to use Wetransfer; I wasn't massively keen on having to go through a 3rd party website, but this is the route I took and it did indeed work without issue. And finally the third option is to request a FTP login and upload using FTP; if you wanted to use the service regularly then this would be handy. I ordered and requested standard processing time and, I think, economy delivery. CdClick estimated that it would take a week to process my order, and indeed, after being queued for a week it was processed on the exact day as originally specified - perfect. The only thing that went wrong was with the delivery company TNT - they seemed to lose my package for seven days at their Liege processing centre and didn't do a particularly good job keeping me informed when I queried the delay - still, it got to me in the end. All in all, I would definitely recommend CdClick to others. I may even get another few disks printed myself in the new year when I have some of my other videos edited.

Great and fast service. Second; they can't make the order process any more user friendly than it is. They offer a good service at a good price. The CD labels on my last order weren't the best quality, but it could have been the fault of my submitted graphics. Would/and have recommended this company.
