Wow! My new favorite boutique. I placed an order and within 5 hours it was packed and shipped. It arrived to me all the way to Miami in like 2 days! Incredibly fast service! I ordered from New York and I didn’t receive my item just because they dropped my item at DHL without delivery instructions so I lost my item and nobody responded to my email. So why I paid so much for shipment fee and they dropped downstairs not at my door ?

The item shipped to me, was very different than what was pictured on the website. And when I decided to return the item I was informed I would be charged for the shipping costs, which is completely unethical on coltori’s part since they didn’t deliver what was paid pictured. Will never order from them again and if I don’t get a full refund I will dispute all charges with the credit card company and will write negative reviews wherever I can

I was unaware that I had to pay duty taxes due to living in the US I shop online on European websites 90% of the time but has never been stuck with duty bills...it sucks and I won't be shopping with this website again.

Love the Axel Arigato trainers. The buying process was easy but a lack of upfront detail regarding import taxes to the UK was a real disappointment, nearly rejecting the DHL delivery at the door!
