The customer service was great. Item came in no time. However, I wasn’t made aware of the tax that would have to be paid upon delivery. So that’s a little misleading. As the tax is usually included in the final price when ordering.

I had to contact Coltorti for the papers for DHL to take the package to send back. There was no mention that the papers weren't necessary and what to say to DHL when they asked me for the Pro Forma. This made me cancel the DHL pick-up and then have them come another day. Thus 4 stars and not 5.

Sly - no mention of taxes for posting to the UK. Had to pay another £56 to get the items from DHL.

Problems with my Coltorti account caused, I had to order as guest. Support team was not able to help at all. I ordered 3 items which were squeezed into small package.

The trousers has a detail of bad stitch termination on its label tag I think when it was dispatched, you already knew of that because the stitch was already missing . I have expended £285.50 to get a not 100% quality product. That is not good from you. If you dispatch a product with details, you should have applied a discount. I will send the picture by email £228.75 cost £56.75 Custom £285.50 total
