Terrible! It took so long time to delivered. Sender made mistake for invoice. I tried to contact several times DHL to find solution myself. I’ve contacted Coltorti customer service, they kept sent tracking number without any solution. Useless customer service. I sent lots of email, never took care of me. I wasted lots of time and efforts and my separate shipping cost. You guys should do better. Educate your boutique and customer service. I’ve been using Farfetch and baltani and more, but never have any problem like this. I will review everywhere to alert customer who should avoid shopping with your site. I won’t purchase again from your store.

Awesome. Sabes about over $600 dollars compared to USA price. Buyers be advised that duty dues are not calculated or handled by this store. Check your own country. Anything over $800 you must pay duty dues in the USA

I love my new APC Demi lune bag! There was no additional customs fee attached, since the purchase was under $250 — less than 1/2 of retail price in the U.S. :)
