I don't feel Coltorti make it clear enough at checkout that UK shoppers are going to be hit for import duty and VAT before delivery. Perhaps I should have checked more carefully but I was genuinely surprised that I had to pay a large fee. However, the garment I bought was fantastic, beautifully packaged and arrived very quickly. Brexit is really to blame but please make this hidden cost more obvious to us unlucky UK residents.

Beautiful purchase but I had to pay another $110 with DHL plus the $20 delivery for you charge to get my package

I had to pay £307.7 custom duties which I was not aware. I should have been informed by email and asked if I accept to pay this before packing and delivering my order

My experience was wonderful because I kept updated on the status of my purchase but I wish the shipping was free for certain things that’s over certain amounts.

It was straight forward to shop from the uk , but I didn’t realise there was tax and how much it would be , no fault with the experience

Prima volta primo acquisto e devo dire che ho ricevuto il pacco imballato in maniera perfetta e in ottime condizioni...peccato i tempi di spedizione! Lunghi! Ho fatto l' ordine domenica sera. Dal momento che il corriere mi dava il pacco in consegna il venerdì (facendomi stare una giornata in casa) per poi non presentarsi e riceverlo il lunedì mattina. Ho dato tre stelle per questo motivo, ma la boutique Coltorti ne meriterebbe 5di stelle.

My Boots came in lightning speed time. However I was not informed that I would have to pay an extra $90 for import duty taxes. I will order from this boutique again but I think this is something that customers should be informed of.

Tutto bene, anche se ho dovuto contattare più volte il sito perché non avevo notizie del mio acquisto, e dopo 3 settimane mi è arrivato .
