The product I received was substandard, with numerous flaws that indicate inadequate quality control. When I contacted the store to discuss these issues, they initially dismissed my concerns with vague explanations that felt misleading. Once they realized I had extensive knowledge in this field, they shifted their approach but still failed to take accountability. After providing video evidence and detailed documentation of the product’s flaws, they offered a minimal refund that didn’t come close to covering the damages and time I spent. When I requested an independent inspection, they refused, suggesting I return the item to them directly—an approach that I found untrustworthy given the circumstances. I urge any prospective customers to think twice before purchasing from this store. My experience suggests that this business prioritizes their image over genuine customer satisfaction and product quality. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for more reputable vendors who stand by their products and treat customers with respect.

Mi sono rivolto alla Compass DHM Projects per un mio progetto che richiedeva l'utilizzo di una lastra in alluminio. Non sapendo bene quale spessore mi sarebbe servito (2mm o 3mm), ho visto subito che DHM aveva entrambi gli spessori, con tanto di diverse opzioni per le misure, e ho deciso quindi di prendere entrambi, dato il ragionevolissimo prezzo. Ho poi chiesto loro come effettuare l'acquisto con una spedizione combinata, ricevendo una replica veloce e gentile con indicazioni chiare in merito. La consegna è avvenuta in tempi brevissimi, il plico era molto ben curato a protezione del materiale, rivelatosi di ottima qualità. Per concludere, non posso che raccomandare caldamente Compass DHM Projects, alla quale mi rivolgerò senz'altro nuovamente qualora ne avessi necessità. Flavio

Perfect!!! I was looking for a provider similar to McMaster (from USA) where you can configure so many things, and I stumbled upon your web. I loved I could configure the shaft ends (threaded, etc), and I took teh chance to buy a few extra things. I would maybe comment that the discount I got as a gift is set to expire in 10 days, which for hobbyists like me is way too short. Still, I am sure I'll buy more stuff from you in the future.

Efficacité et rapidité. Service comptable réactif après mon paiement et service technique au top : la plaque d'aluminium commandée correspond exactement à ma demande. Seul DHL a un peu trainé pour la livraison.
