Great company but one recommendation: STOP USING BRT FOR SHIPPING. They delivered my first order to the wrong location and now claim they can’t find my address for the second order. They are incompetent and useless. Better shipping companies exist in Italy. Otherwise great!

I believe I was sent the wrong item and I had to pay an additional approximately $110.00 (US) in shipping before it was delivered. Never doing this again

The bag is beautiful delivery was quick. Customer service , I thought was good, but it says all taxes and fees included but when it reached USA I had to pay the tarriff separately, which was substantial including processing fees. If I didn’t pay they would send back to Italy. I know our tariffs are awful, but never paid separately before. This added quite a bit to the cost of the bag

Prodotti ottimi : in pelle , non plastica , finiture di lusso, robuste ma eleganti . Le acquisto da anni perché hanno un rapporto qualità prezzo introvabile . Compro borse abbastanza capienti da usare tutti i giorni ed ognuna dura due anni e mezzo / tre, senza una sbavatura . Consigliatissime !!
