La professionalità di un'azienda la si vede soprattutto quando insorgono problemi, in questo caso c'è stato un malinteso, anche un po per colpa mia, ed è arrivata la borsa nel colore sbagliato. Subito contatti hanno provveduto al ritiro dell'articolo errato e nel giro di 2 giorni ho ricevuto la borsa giusta senza spendere un centesimo in più. I visited this store when I was in Siena last summer and purchased a purse and a briefcase for myself which I had shipped to my residence. After returning home, I made other purchases online.
