I purchased a bag at your store in Tuscany while on vacation. I liked the bags so much that I ordered another when I returned home. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the speed of delivery and customer service. I ordered the bag and never received confirmation via email. I sent 3 messages through your website and through Facebook and no one responded. I had to spend money to call Italy from the United States. Once I called, the bag was shipped. It was not shipped until 2 weeks after the order was placed.

4.5 stars. The package (printed handbag) was sent on the first working day since the placement of order. I received the package (in Riga, Latvia) on the fifth working day. Very happy with that. The product looks as promised on the website and feels very nice. I would have ordered calf boots too, to go with the handbag, but since I was not sure about the sizes, I asked about them in the question form provided on the website. Have not still received any answer. So -0.5 stars for that.

Ich habe bereits bei unserem letzten Urlaub in der Toskana die hervorragenden Leder Produkte von Couieria Fiorentina kennen gelernt und einiges gekauft. Nun habe ich zum ersten Mal via Online Shop bestellt und auch hier war alles top, sowohl die Ware als auch der Versand. Innerhalb von drei Tagen war die Lieferung in Deutschland. Bei einem Produkt hatte ich einmal eine Reklamation, auch das wurde schnell und freundlich bearbeitet. Ich kann CouieriaFiorentina sehr weiter empfehlen.
