Easy to use and friendly website with instructions that are clear and easy to understand. The online order that I made was confirmed very quickly and as I paid thru Paypal, there were no hassles about remittances,,etc. What was rather inconvenient was that confirmation of despatch was quick, but when it came to delivery, it was too quick as courier delivery was made a day before the email confirming the courier came a day later...so I had to go back online with the courier to arrange self collection...this was rather bothersome!
