Die Tasche, die ich bestellt habe, hat mir optisch und qualitativ sehr gut gefallen – leider war der Riemen zu kurz für mich. Daher wollte ich sie zurückschicken, doch das Rücksendeformular funktionierte nicht – trotz mehrfacher Versuche. Meine korrekte E-Mail-Adresse wurde auf der Website ständig als ungültig angezeigt, obwohl ich z. B. Newsletter und andere Mails problemlos erhalten habe. Auch auf meine E-Mail an den Kundenservice habe ich keine Antwort bekommen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom Service und der technischen Umsetzung der Seite. Letztlich musste ich die Tasche behalten, obwohl ich sie zurückgeben wollte. Für mich ist die Seite schlecht organisiert – schade, denn die Taschen an sich sind hochwertig, wenn auch etwas zu teuer.

Die Produkte der Firma sind toll! Jedoch ist der Service nicht gut. Eine Retoure über die Website anzumelden ist nicht möglich und auch Nachfrage per E-Mail meldet sich seit Tagen niemand zurück. Alles in allem daher ein enttäuschender Kauf und ein schlechter Service.

Trovo che l'Azienda abbia trovato il giusto equilibrio tra qualità dei materiali,design e prezzo! Altro fattore fondamentale :la produzione tutta italiana! Unico rilievo che potrei muovere(anche se alquanto marginale,riconosco): almeno per le borse che interessavano a me,manca il colore CUOIO,che io trovo molto chic in ogni stagione.
