Sono molto soddisfatta dell'acquisto. Conoscevo già il prodotto attraverso una amica e poi ho acquistato in negozio. Ho acquistato online un articolo non presente in negozio. L'unico punto dolente è la consegna : il corriere a cui è stato affidato è pessimo : ha suonato al campanello ma non è salito. Ha lasciato il pacco giù nell'ingresso del condominio, dove chiunque poteva portarlo via. Per fortuna sono scesa ... Ho segnalato la cosa subito alla azienda chiedendo di non usare assolutamente questo corriere, almeno per la mia zona. Darei 5 stelle per la qualità del prodotto in se stesso, ma a causa di questo problema la valutazione scende.

Love your handbags - a friend recommended your brand to me. So when I visited Italy in March, I purchased 2 bags, unfortunately the 3rd bag I wanted was unavailable which prompted me to make the purchase online once it was available again. For future purchases it would be helpful for the website to provide a confirmation on the site that your purchase was completed. I did receive emails with a minor delay but was unsure at first if the purchase went through. Also would like follow up emails for when the package ships including an expected delivery date - there were no notifications at the time of purchase advising how long a time frame the shipment to the US would take. I was also surprised that the purchase price in the US was almost twice what I paid in Italy and that I was charged two $20 shipping fees, one for each of the 2 items purchased that arrived in the same box.
