Habe mir eine zweite Tasche aus der Serie geholt, welche ich sehr mag. Die Lieferung war gut nachvollziehbar und hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Tasche war gut verpackt und erwartungsgemäß von hoher Qualität. Die Farbe und Beschreibung stimmten mit den Angaben der Homepage überein. Leider hat die Übertragung des Kaufes auf mein Kundenkonto, welches ich nachträglich einrichtete nicht geklappt. Ich hoffe der Service funktioniert trotzdem, sollte ich eine Reparatur benötigen. (Wird wahrscheinlich nicht so schnell passieren, denn die bereits vor 7 Jahren erworbene Tasche ist immer noch in einerm hervorragenden Zustand und die Reißverschlüsse sind stabil)

Customer service was very supportive and helped me with all the questions I had. The bag I got is good, as I expected. The only (minor) thing I didn't like was the smell which felt quite chemical, however I expect it to fade with time (probably it is due to the leather treatment).
