I was visiting Florence from USA/ New Jersey and wasn't attracted to the 'high' end stores such as Prada, Gucci, Louis Vuitton etc. because I could shop at these stores at home. I was immediately attracted to the uniqueness and workmanship of the leather goods especially the bags and wallets that Cuoierafiorentina displayed. I ended up purchasing a bag and had it shipped from Italy to home while on vacation it was a flawless process! When I arrived home, my bag was already waiting for me and I even proceeded to order the matching wallet and makeup pouch online through their site and again flawless delivery! Thank you for making this so easy from so far!

I received the wrong bag, but customer service was really fast to react and make sure I could return the wrong bag and get the right one instead. They had a commercial gesture for the problem.
