It would've been nice to have support lines in English, I live in California and when I tried to make contact with the company over the phone it was impossible because I do not speak Italian. But it is an Italian company in Florence so I can't be too picky!

1. It took almost 7 days before my order was being processed and the item shipped out. I almost thought the Company wasn't interested in completing my order and I had to make a cancellation. 2. The mailing address provided to the courier company (TNT/DHL) was not complete, eventhough I provided the correct and complete address online. Thankfully, I have an app on my iPhone that tracks the delivery and I found out that DHL couldn't make the delivery as the address given to them was not complete. I called the local DHL office to give them the proper complete address before I managed to receive the item. This has just been a terrible shopping experience for me.
