It was 2nd time to purchase a bag from your company. On the first order last year the service was excellent and I received the item in time no delay, but on 2nd order I received it late. I wish your company could improve it. After all, I like the bags, hope the bag of my 2nd order will last long.

The website was easy to navigate and had an appealing design. One thing that was confusing was the settings for country, language and currency. The settings was difficult to find and automatic detection of country and currency didn’t work that well. Sometimes the prices were shown in USD and sometimes in Euro. I failed to order the first time because the selected country (United states) didn’t allow me to select Sweden in the delivery address form.

Leider wurde unser Einkauf am 31. Januar 2020 mehrfach systemseitig abgebrochen (checkt die Serverlogs!). Als er im 3. Versuch "erfolgreich" war, wurde letztlich unerklärlicherweise nach dem Warenkorb bei der Übergabe in den Versand die falsche Artikel-Nr. verwendet (B.CF006 statt B.CF005) und wir bekamen die falsche Tasche. Leider konnten wir niemanden überzeugen, dass wir nicht 3 Mal hintereinander die falsche Tasche für den Warenkorb ausgewählt haben (die gewünschte hatte lange Bügel zum Tragen über der Schulter, die falsche hatte kurze Bügel und ist daher nicht nutzbar). Darüberhinaus wurde nach Abholung/Rücksendung der Ware auch nicht zeitnah die neue Tasche, die bekannter weise ein Valentinstag Geschenk sein sollte versendet, sondern es verstrichen sinnloserweise 5 Tage und die Ankunft in Hamburg zum Valentinstag ist nunmehr unmöglich! Auf das Angebot sich die zusätzlichen Transportkosten zu teilen oder einen günstigeren Versand zu wählen, wurde nicht eingegangen. Die Versendung der gewünschten Ware wurde bis zur Bezahlung der teuren Transportkosten verhindert. Fazit, Kundenorientierung sieht anders aus, wir hatten einen immensen Mailaufwand und konnten leider den Fehler beim Versender nicht beweisen. Tolle Produkte, leider ein unterirdischer ignoranter "Kundenservice", wir sind sehr enttäuscht und die Freude auf die neue Tasche ist nun sehr eingeschränkt. Ein Gutschein zur Kompensation wäre das mindeste Entgegenkommen gewesen. Bester Gruss -Holger Ganson

The system has always worked properly. It is not possible that the system could have made her buy a bag with a different code. We are truly sorry for your words. Customer service has always answered her polite emails politely. We immediately explained to her that unfortunately, as it was not our mistake, we could not assume the cost of the double shipment to Germany (cost for collection + new shipment) Unfortunately it can happen to make a mistake and it would have been appropriate for him to take responsibility for the error instead of writing a review where he says untrue things. We are truly sorry for his behavior. We will ship the new bag shortly. Speedy delivery of excellent product. Really Happy. The one thing that could improve is that I never received a track and trace or notification that the product has shipped. So the speedy delivery was a surprise...
