The simple package is good for the environment, but I still worried about it may more easily cause the damage of the wallet. Shipping was very fast, great!

Couldn't find the front pocket Wallet I purchased from you guys 8years ago or more, this one is just a little longer, hopefully it is as good as my other one, very good quality well not change company,!!!

I received the wrong bag, but customer service was really fast to react and make sure I could return the wrong bag and get the right one instead. They had a commercial gesture for the problem.

Good morning! Let's admit that we made a mistake. We sent him the wrong shipment notice before he received the item. We immediately sent courier to collect the bag. We asked her to notify us as soon as the courier would have collected the wrong bag in order to proceed with the sending of the bag ordered. Unfortunately, we have not received a response. We wait to receive the wrong bag to proceed with a new shipment. The new shipment will take 2 days to arrive. We apologize for the problem. Cuoieriafiorentina has an attractive website that is easy to navigate. My purchase was handled efficiently and arrived quickly. I am concerned that I have attempted to reach the company numerous times regarding a return and after nearly 2 weeks have yet to hear back.

Great products, good leathers, lovely designs. Drawback for me are the relatively high shipping and handling costs for European orders. No extra options, contrary to the Italian market.
