Sarebbero state 5 stelle se non fosse stato per la sessione del sito che scadendo senza alcun avviso andava perdendo il flag del bigliettino d'auguri con annesso messaggio. Per il resto tutto molto bene.

Misleading Product Images I ordered a wallet expecting exactly what was shown and described on the site: a clean, minimalist design with no visible ID window. What arrived was a completely different version that has a large, clear plastic driver’s license slot on the outside—something that was never pictured in any of the product photos and was never mentioned in the description. This isn’t a minor detail; for many buyers (myself included) an exposed ID window is a deal-breaker for both aesthetics and gift reasons. It’s extremely frustrating to receive an item that doesn’t match the listing. At this point I’m not even sure if the wrong model was sent or if the website simply uses outdated/inaccurate photos and text. Either way, it’s unfortunate because it was going to be a gift for my dad for Christmas and he specifically didn’t want a wallet with an ID window. I’ve already reached out to customer service with photos and a polite explanation, but until this is resolved, I can’t recommend purchasing from here. Beautiful craftsmanship when you get the right item, but the mismatch between what’s advertised and what ships is a serious problem. Will update the review if they make it right. For now, buyer beware—double-check every detail and assume the product may not look like the pictures.

La consegna è stata solo parzialmente attesa senza una adeguata e preventiva informazione. Contattato il servizio clienti mi era stata garantita spedizione del prodotto mancato in spedizione successiva ma a distanza di 8 giorni nessuna notizia al riguardo. Il servizio clienti lascia molto a desiderare nella comunicazione
