Purchased this backpack/sling bag when I traveled to Italy unfortunately a friend spilled ink on it. This bag was to replace it however the leather sling strap was not made with the same material as the first. A bit disappointed with the quality of this bag but it functions so well when I travel so even though the quality of the strap is not the same the functionality of the bag is still stellar for traveling, hands free with the backpack, or handbag design.

Mi sono innamorata delle creazioni della cuoieria fiorentina a Siena, entrando nel negozio. Modelli meravigliosi e manifattura di alta qualità. Personale gentilissimo in negozio. Ho, successivamente, acquistato la borsa online, è arrivata dopo 24 ore ed è perfetta! Rifinita perfettamente, materiale certificato di prima qualità, elegante e capiente. Acquisterò presto altre 2 borse in occasione dei miei 40 anno e di Natale.

Unico neo : la non tracciabilità del secondo pacco. Infatti, mentre col primo ordine tutto è andato perfettamente, per il secondo ho dovuto telefonare due volte per riuscire ad avere notizie sulla spedizione che non era stata aggiornata sul sito. Tutto sommato, è comunque un'esperienza positiva.

I had very poor service. I purchased 2 leather briefcases and one of the service representatives canceled one without checking with me, because they thought that I had mistakenly doubled one purchase. But I had bought two briefcases. I know their heart was in the right place but this is very poor service. They should've check with me as a client not assumed something that was wrong. I missed my sons birthday because of this. It was his gift. I think they should offer me something for making this terrible mistake.

Alle mai è gradita una risposta se si vuole risolvere un problema. Cuoieria fiorentina è sempre disponibile nel risolvere i problemi. A noi interessa la soddisfazione del cliente prima di tutto.
