Very dissatisfied with two Mimi products. They both look used and dirty. Trying to get them replaced but customer service has been a little difficult. I hope to change my review in the future if we can get the appropriate replacement. Thank you!

The experience was great, especially the fast shipping. The website had the wrong dimensions for the product, but someone responded to my email inquiry and helped me. My only slightly negative comment is to make sure the product sizes on the website are accurate.

La borsa che ho acquistato, della collezione Alice, è ufficialmente la borsa più bella che ho nell'armadio. Peraltro, pagata la metà delle due borse firmate che ho acquistato tempo fa, che si sono distrutte e forse non sono neanche in pelle. Acquisterò sicuramente di nuovo qualcosa, per un regalo memorabile, per me stessa, per qualunque occasione. Cuoieria Fiorentina è assolutamente la marca che avranno le mie borse da oggi alla mia morte.

Fantastic customer support. Bellisimo Gianni promptly replied to my query prior to purchase with clear instructions and I had my purchase delivered within 3 days - Italy to Australia! (I can't get Sydney to Perth in 3 days). I would certainly recommend this company and their products. Chris McG.

Ich hatte im September in Florenz bereits eine sehr tolle Aktentasche gekauft, suchte aber noch eine weitere, etwas kleinere für das i-Pad. Auf der Homepage bin ich fündig geworden, 2 Tage später war die Tasche in Düsseldorf. Hervorragende Qualität und Verarbeitung. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

La qualità e la rifinitura della borsa è ottima, la linea sobria ed elegante, peccato che di questi tempi non tutte se le possono permettere per il prezzo. Comunque gli articoli prodotti dalla Cuoieria sono tutti molto belli e valgono la spesa.
