Amazing quality and customer service! I had to change my order and was contacted right away. Such an easy process. The bags I purchased are a work of art! I can’t stop looking at them! I own some Louis Vuitton bags and I have to say the quality of Cuoieria Fiorentina is much better! I will be a lifetime customer!!!

Great product. Great response! When I ordered I thought 1) shopping would be expensive and 2) delivery would take a while. I was surprised and happy with both!!! Plus, the product is fantastic! Pleased to know I have a quality product I didn't have to pay those other brand prices for and (at least for now) I have a brand no one else knows about (except the person who told me about you). Can't wait to get another one!

I was recently in Florence and purchased a Mimi wallet. When I returned home from my trip, I decided I loved the wallet so much I wanted to purchase a pocketbook. The website was user friendly and easy to browse. My order was expediously sent out and I received my bag in two days. And I received a 15% discount code on my next purchase. I love this particular line so I wanted to purchase another Mimi purse with the 15% discount offer. Unfortunately the code they provided me with is not a valid code. I emailed Cuoieria for their assistance two days ago but have yet to get a response. Instead I got this survey to fill out. Extremely pleased with my experience but would like to purchase another bag with the 15 % discount so I'm hoping to hear back from them with a valid discount code.

Ho regalato il portafoglio in pelle color giallo a mia moglie alla quale era stato rubato un portafoglio identico che poco tempo fa aveva acquistato nel vostro negozio. Di questo furto era rimasta più dispiaciuta della perdita del portafoglio stesso che dei soldi e del resto che conteneva. Ora almeno il portafoglio ce l'ha nuovamente e di questo è rimasta molto contenta.
