I was disappointed that it was not disclosed to me that there would be a substantial tariff fee on the purchased items. I would not have ordered the items if I had known that up front. I was unaware that I had to pay the tariff as the buyer. There should be a highlighted disclosure on your site.

Very easy to place an order and fast shipping. However, I am disappointed in the communication with customer service regarding my concerns that the wallet I ordered is not as shown on the website/advertised, as I have stopped hearing back from them.

The order was promptly filled and delivered on time as promised. I was impressed of how well I was kept informed during the entire delivery as I live in the United States and the item was shipped from Italy. I would not hesitate to order from them again!

Absolutely love the beautiful key holder (Mimi in Taupe). I am using it already. It’s stunning and feels good to the touch. Shipping was fast. I will definitely order from this company again. I did have to pay some duties (I’m in the US) when it arrived but I was expecting that so no problem.I
