I almost didn't shop with Cuoieriafiorentina because I didn't realise that when I went onto the website I had to choose 'English' and then choose the country that I am in. I think I got to the website through a link on a Youtube video and so I thought that you only shipped to certain countries as Hong Kong was not listed on the country list when it came to shipping. The only reason I got to shop with you was because of a promotion that you sent via email. When I clicked on that link, then I saw my country listed on the shipping list. As far as the company. They do make mistakes but the great thing is they will resolve them quickly and efficiently, so I am 100% satisfied with the customer service I received.

Hab die Marke auf Sizilien entdeckt und die Schlüsselanhänger aus Leder sind allerliebst. Versand nicht ganz billig, aber super schnell da. Jeder Zeit wieder.

Ho già fatto 2 acquisti e devo dire che sono molto contenta. Le borse sono molto belle, rifiniture molto accurate, la consegna è avvenuta in poco tempo e un buon imballo. Molto bella è la borsa della collezzione MIMI'. Penso di acquistarne ancora in questi giorni per fare un regalo alle mie sorelle. Devo fare però una lamentela che riguarda la custodia delle borse, tessuto scarso di qualità soprattutto x la borsa MIMI che mi aspettavo una custodia più di qualità a pareggio del valore della borsa.
