I want to return the bag and order the biger one,I try to know how can I return the bag I send dem an Email and asked them about Return and shipping label they didnt answer me yet.

Good morning! We hereby inform you that we have seen your negative review. We inform you that no return policy is open to us through our website. He only sent an email on 10/01/2020 with the message that he sent the bag to the address of our company. On 13/01/2020 at 3.43 pm we replied saying that to accept the return we needed more details. I don't know if our email has been lost but we have not received a reply. We want to know what your will is .. would you like to exchange or refund your product? I emailed them prior time ordering and they we quick to respond. I expected the shipment to take longer than it did but my bag shipped the same day the order was placed and I received it in the United States 3 days later. Through bag is absolutely beautiful!
