Ho conosciuto Cuoieria Fiorentina cercando online una borsa nera. Quello che ho trovato è stato un prodotto ben fatto, di qualità e un servizio eccellente! Per Natale 2019 ho pensato a qualche pensierino anche per i miei cari.

ho ricevuto un modello diverso da quello che avevo ordinato. infatti non è quello sotto indicato ma bensì quello che ha anche le tasche da entrambi i lati con fibbia color oro al centro, credo che sia anche più costoso. Mi piace anche questo ma avrei preferito quanto ordinato.

The shopping experience was very simple and straightforward. The description of the purse I purchased was clear and accurate. I had purchased a purse in Lucca about three years ago so I knew the quality of the product I was purchasing. My only suggestion would be that the shipping charges were more clear before the transaction was complete. I was very surprised at how expensive the shipping costs were. Having said that, DHL was extremely consistent in their communication through the entire shipping process. I knew exactly where my package was and had clear expectations of when I could expect delivery. The shipping charge seemed high but the shipping service was excellent. I just would have preferred to know upfront what those shipping charges would be.
