Ottimo prodotto. Assistenza clienti non sempre veloce ma alla fine posso dire che è stata un ottima esperienza ed un acquisto che vale tutti i soldi che costa. ottimo anche la spedizione e confezione

We were recently in Siena and Florence. We saw the beautiful leather but didn't realize it was not available in Rome (our next stop). I was thrilled when I found out I could order online when I got back to Canada. I ordered it one day and it was shipped out immediately.

Very dissatisfied with two Mimi products. They both look used and dirty. Trying to get them replaced but customer service has been a little difficult. I hope to change my review in the future if we can get the appropriate replacement. Thank you!

The experience was great, especially the fast shipping. The website had the wrong dimensions for the product, but someone responded to my email inquiry and helped me. My only slightly negative comment is to make sure the product sizes on the website are accurate.
