Well, I've been now waiting for the answer to my complaint since April 12th, it's almost been a month. Language problem? Use Google Translate to let me know you're at least listening. The wallet I've ordered was definitely faulty and I wanted a replacement, simple enough. No reply whatsoever. Bad manner, will never buy from them again.

My experience was fantastic. After I ordered my wallet, I changed my mind on the colour. I emailed Cuoieria Fiorentina and the colour I wanted arrived in the mail. Excellent service.

Tutto perfetto. L'unico appunto è che sul sito le foto fanno apparire i prodotti leggermente più chiari rispetto alla realtà. Suggerirei di specificarlo nelle note del prodotto. In ogni caso altissima qualità e grande professionalità.

I was not able to create an account and had to checkout as a first as a result. I even submitted an email requesting the problem to be resolved but did not hear back at all. However, my transaction using a guest account went smoothly. I could be a repeat customer and not sure how much I would like to keep making purchase as a guest user.

Shipping from Italy to Missouri, USA was unbelievably fast. Package given to DHL in Italy on April 19 and delivered to my house in Columbia, Missouri on April 21. Wow! Nicely packaged.
